Katherine took her kids camping to The Ovens in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia in the 1990’s. It was a memorable trip and twenty years later her daughter Tori returned to visit this beautiful spot. This photo was taken and sent to Katherine with a request to maintain the yellow colours washing up ashore. This painting has a typical East Coast sky with turquoise included. Katherine used both brushes and palette knives to add dimension to this piece and remembers her kids walking along these very rocks.

Framed in 'Michelangelo' espresso-coloured 2" wood frame.
