This painting is inspired by a photo from the Gatineau Park trails in Québec. Katherine embraced the dramatic contrast with dark lines against the snow. She added a bit of foliage on the trees, but many remain bare. There’s a glimmer of light and mystic feeling with the bend in the path, unsure of where it will lead to. You may have spotted a digital version of this painting used by the Town of Perth to promote tourism.

Framed in 'Michelangelo' espresso-coloured 2" wood frame.
