Katherine’s daughter had a canoe trip leader named Julia who moved out to Yukon, Canada. Julia went on a snow mobile trek with her kids and husband. They set up their camp and this was their view overlooking a huge valley with Buffalo Mountain in the background. When Katherine completed this painting, she was especially content that the sky was reminiscent of Northern Canada.

Framed in 'Michelangelo' espresso-coloured 2" wood frame.
