The ‘Tasting Autumn’ series started with Katherine looking at a blank canvas and brought to life her love for birch trees with foliage. The first painting of the series was created in Perth, Ontario live at a night market, and then she continued on with this style because it was bringing her so much joy. She chose different canvas sizes and zoomed in or out on particular aspects of the trees.

Framed in 'Michelangelo' espresso-coloured 2" wood frame.
